As Special Counsel for HROD, Steven brought oil and gas expertise to the firm and expanded his practice into eminent domain, land use, and real property matters. Steven’s clients include municipalities, real estate developers, homeowners, associations, farms, ranches, surface owners, and corporate and individual mineral owners. Steven has lectured on oil and gas regulation and participated in oil and gas regulation rulemakings. He was recognized as a 2020 and 2021 SuperLawyers Rising Star.
